Training for The Run
Looking for some guidance on how to prepare for this year's Santa Dash, or next year's Watford 10k Run?
Courtesy of Esporta Riverside Health and Racquets Club, below are a two training plans for beginner and intermediate runners with a schedule to give you the best chance of being ready for the big day.
However, you don’t need any previous running experience to join in. Why not follow a “From Couch to 5K” plan to train for the Santa Dash?
Once you have run in ‘The Dash’, you could easily follow one of the plans below to prepare for the Watford 10k in May 2017. We have added a few links here to make it easy for you.
